The illusion of a burst steam pipe on the ceiling of the gallery, that relates back to the history of the building and Eastcroft Energy From Waste Incinerator nearby. The Incinerator once supplied steam to the building and currently supplies steam to heat numerous large civic buildings throughout the city.
